The staff was amazing, always ready to help and assist with anything we needed. They were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel was conveniently situated near major transportation hubs, making it easy to get around the city.
The lack of adequate storage space in the room. We had multiple suitcases for our business trip and there was only a small wardrobe available.

The receptionist at Hotel Etats Unis Opera was helpful and gave us great recommendations for finding Vietnamese food in the area. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to many stores and within walking distance of the Louvre and the opera house. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area with its variety of Japanese cuisines and book stores. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Etats Unis Opera and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many of the top tourist attractions, metro stations, and the Palais Garnier opera. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with some even offering balconies. The staff are helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast is decent with a good selection. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a mini bar in the room and a 4-bed suite option.
There were some issues with the mini bar, as some guests were wrongly accused of consuming the drinks.

We loved the location of this place! It's near many shops and close to everything. The staff provided great service, from reception to management. The room amenities were great, including the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. Room service was also very nice.
We recommend this venue to all!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location near most of the attractions in this city, including the Palais Garnier opera, was unbeatable. being close to the Opera metro station made transportation convenient. Not to mention, the hotel was surrounded by many shops, making it a shopper's paradise.
Almost perfect - no disadvantages.
